Lufthansa is launching luxury Allegris First and Business Class cabins on its Munich-Cape Town route, along new Premium Economy and Economy Class seats.

Passengers booking Allegris Business Class flights between Munich and Cape Town can reserve a specific seat for free during the introductory phase, offering all amenities and comforts.
For an extra fee, upgrades to seats like the Business Class Suite, Extra Space Seat, Privacy Seat by the window, and Extra Long Bed are available through the seat reservation system.
The airline will also increase weekly flights from Cape Town to Munich from five to seven.
Details on pricing and benefits for status customers will be announced closer to the launch date.
‘This marks a significant milestone for Lufthansa in the region, enhancing our passengers’ travel experience and reinforcing Cape Town as a key destination in our network,’ said René Koinzack, Lufthansa’s senior director sales for Southern & East Africa, Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea.
