The Cape Town schools derby between Bishops College and SACS was witness to a few ugly scenes as a fracas broke out between players and parents, Cape {town} Etc reports.
In the wet and rainy conditions, Bishops were leading against SACS 12-10 in a ‘thrilling encounter’ at the Piley Rees Field on Saturday.

However, based on a video from the match that was shared on social media, a physical exchange between attending parents and players broke out after Bishops scored a try.
SACS was leading 10-5 with a superb defence in the second half, only for Bishops to ‘snatch a late win’ through a converted try in the final play.
Bishops will finish their season next weekend, with the second leg of their annual derby against Rondebosch.
Rondebosch previously defeated Wynberg 19-7 on Saturday.
