Prepare to shock your taste buds with an array of elevated Mexican flavours. Paired with exclusively selected tequilas and mezcals from the Baja California peninsula region in Mexico, Hacienda’s Winter Set Menu is perfectly curated to offer you a dining experience unlike any other.
Filled with unique flavour, your food will transport you into the heart of Mexico and its glorious coastline. You also might want to take advantage of their half-price margarita special, valid between 4pm and 5:30pm every day.

- Mole Hacienda – Mole (pronounced Moh – Lay) is a complex sauce with as many as 30 individual ingredients. Mole is alive, similar to a sourdough starter. Mole is kept alive by feeding it each day, allowing the flavours to change as it ages.
- Taco cola Amarilla – Yellowtail sashimi, shiitake ketchup, shimeji sofrito, avo crema and habanero rock candy.
- Brisket Adobo Taco – Brisket Adobo with salsa macha, pineapple, sesame seed and pickled sandia.
- Oaxaca Adobo Rice – Oaxaca Adobo rice with salsa verde, queso fresco, arbol red onion and burnt pineapple.
- Churros – Gofre de Churros with burnt banana dulce and chocolate guajillo ice cream
Please note that Hacienda charges a corkage of R100 that is limited to wine and sparkling wine (one bottle per four guests). There is also a cake charge of R150.
