Get ready to lace up your takkies and join the ultimate family morning out for a good cause!

Blisters For Bread offers two routes along the Sea Point Promenade – a 10km and a 5km.

Every participant will receive a medal at the finish line, along with refreshments provided by Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages.

In addition to the walk, enjoy a show-stopping performance by Cape Town’s very own singing sensation, Jarrad Ricketts, indulge in delicious food stalls, and participate in fun activities for the whole family.

The best part? Every step you take and every rand you raise will make a direct impact on the lives of children supported by the Peninsula School Feeding Association’s feeding program.
