Why not try your hand at making your own cultured butter and cheese?
Vergesig Farm in the Piket-Bo-Berg Mountains offers a farm-based workshop where you will get the opportunity to learn how to milk a cow before walking the cows out to pasture & enjoying a cup of coffee with fresh warm milk in the field.
The workshop teaches you all about natural cheese & cultured butter making – you’ll get to take your own cheese and butter home. At the end of the workshop everyone shares a light brunch together.
