Beverly Peters was shot and killed on Thursday evening, near her house in Leiden Avenue, Delft.
‘She didn’t deserve to die in such a horrific manner,’ claim family members.

A relative of the 40-year-old affirmed that Beverly was standing outside with a female friend when suddenly, unknown gunmen opened fire on her.
She died instantly, leaving behind her 20-year-old daughter.
The Daily Voice reports that her daughter had been inside the house when gunshots were heard. She came to hide in the room, crying and people later came to knock and confirm that her mom had been shot.
Warrant Officer Joseph Swartbooi, police spokesperson, stated that a murder case is being investigated.
According to him, officers responded to the crime scene around 8pm in the evening, where they found a woman with gunshot wounds to her head.
Medical personnel declared that the victim had died on the scene.
The suspects, who remain unknown, fled the scene and are yet to be arrested.
