Strong gusts continue to head for Cape Town today, accompanied by some rain.
Temperatures are forecast to reach a high of 16°C with a cool, real feel of 12°C today. Wind speeds will travel northwest at 48kph, gusting at 82kph throughout the morning.

There’s a 94% chance of precipitation and about four hours of rain forecast for the day, amounting to about 14.1mm of rain.
Cloud cover is set to increase from 89% to 96% by this afternoon and humidity levels will increase to 86%.
The probability of precipitation will slightly decrease to 75%, and about 7.6mm of rain is expected to fall.
This evening will be cloudy with a couple of showers, which could result in about 2.8mm of rain. However, gusts will only slightly decrease to 70kph, making for a very windy night. Visibility will be limited to 5km.
