Nearly three months ago, the little girl went missing from her house in Saldhana’s informal settlement, Middelpos.
Despite extensive searches by authorities, she has yet to be found.
Kelly Smith, the mother of the little girl, and her boyfriend, Jacquen Appollis, are among the four accused.
They face charges of human trafficking for the purpose of exploitation and kidnapping.
Lorentia Lombaard, the fourth accused in the case, dropped her bail application last month.
