Even though some homeowners only live half an hour away, the secluded enclave of the village creates the impression of a distant coastal retreat, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
While there aren’t any restaurants or shops in Misty Cliffs, you can drive over the peninsular to Sun Valley or Long Beach Mall in Noordhoek for all your essentials. Otherwise, the coastal main road runs through Misty Cliffs, connecting the suburb directly to the seaside villages of Kommetjie and Scarborough, which are populated with quaint restaurants, coffee shops and farm stalls. The family-run Camel Rock is a particular favourites with locals.
The nearest schools within the range of Misty Cliffs include Kommetjie Primary School, Generation Schools Imhoff, Ocean View Secondary School, Marine Primary School, Imhoff Waldorf School, Kommetjie Eco Pre-Primary and Kleinberg Primary School.
The coastal main road runs through Misty Cliffs, connecting the suburb directly with Kommetjie and Scarborough, if you want to go to the nearest towns for your needs.
