Make the world cup fever and get your kids into the spirit with a trip to The Springbok Experience Rugby Museum. Little ones can witness the history of SA rugby with over 60 audio-visual displays telling the story, and trophies, jerseys and memorabilia showing off our success. Or, everyone can get active at the Springbok Trials game zone where they can sharpen up their kicking, passing and reaction skills.

BOOT CAMP SA

If your children are between the ages of 7 – 14 years, you’re in luck! Boot Camp SA will be hosting an adventure getaway from Monday to Thursday during this short October holiday. Kids can enjoy night fishing, paintballing and archery as well as canoe river trips and sleeping under the stars. Your children should walk away from the experience feeling more confident after learning survival, leadership and life skills.

GISELLE

Considered the most classical ballet of all time, Giselle is a fairytale that all little ballerinas and ballerinos will fall in love with. Although the tale is a tragic one, the classical choreography and the costumes are all a dream to watch. There will be guest appearances by the internationally acclaimed dancers Hikaru Kobayashi and Frederico Bonelli from the British Royal Ballet.

RED BUS TOUR OF THE CITY

From the Aquarium to Table Mountain including Camps Bay to the Green Point Urban Park. The red city tour on the iconic double decker bus is a fun way for the kids to get to explore the Mother City. HAMLEY’S BRINGING TOYS TO LIFE

Hamley and Hatty Bear, from the famous Hamley’s toy shop, will be having a ball of fun with your kids every day during lunch for the week-long break.  The teddy bears will be waiting at the Amphitheatre to play games and give away all kinds of prizes. Plus, if your tiny tots spot the Hamley’s Toy Soldier, they’ll be in line to receive one of 50 free tickets to the train ride. The password for a train ticket is ‘Bringing Toys To Life’.
